Walmart warehouse positions pay $15–$22/hr starting, with higher rates for night shifts and experienced workers.

Walmart warehouses run 24/7 with multiple shift options: day (6 AM–4:30 PM), evening (1 PM–11:30 PM), night (6 PM–6 AM), and weekend-only (Fri–Sun). Most shifts are 10 hours, 4 days/week. Part-time 4-5 hour shifts are also available.

Walmart does not have a blanket ban on hiring people with criminal records. They conduct background checks and evaluate each case individually. Many people with felony records have been hired at Walmart warehouses. Violent and theft-related offenses may be disqualifying.

Wear comfortable closed-toe shoes (steel toe recommended), athletic or comfortable pants, and a t-shirt. Walmart provides safety vests. No open-toe shoes, sandals, or loose clothing allowed. Some facilities require steel-toe boots.
